Addiction Outreach Clinic has eight locations across NE Ohio and NW Pennsylvania. We provide a unique, outpatient opioid addiction treatment program that combines Suboxone® (buprenorphine/ naloxone) and monthly group counseling. Our practice includes a team of medical professionals and counselors that provide individualized treatment to help guide our patients on their path to recovery.
